Happy Birt_day Gail!

Today I was missing sweet Gail.

The time nears.

Today I enjoyed some of my farewell gifts:

A treasure box of notes and photos from my most dearly loved ones to bring with me on my journey.

Some beautifully presented educational material about my destination.

Scenes of my family.

What immeasurable gifts...

Real film.

Today I used my grandfather's old Polaroid camera to capture my photo and some great memories of the day.
It was good.

A day with people I love.

Of course, Noah loves Gail, and Amy loves being in the middle of the fun.
I just love this photo..

Shireen and her birthday dolphin.
There's some love there, I think.

My Korean mom and her beautiful daughter.
Oh how I love them.

Eastern Market..

With Katie B.!
face distortion. is cool.

Despite it always being so nice to meander about the knick knacks at the outdoor show & tell, Katie B. and I drifted away from the busy market today found a less distracting spot to enjoy our cold drinks. The time was spent the reminiscing about the good ol' days, and dreaming about what is to come. Ideal in every way.

Found this super great booth and thought of CoryBo and her amazing art and passion.

Today, I also visited my friend Abdo at work. He was nice enough to provide me with bandaids for my weary and blistered feet.
Thank you, my friend!

Finished my night with some pretty great company at Tarbouch.
I love them and they love me. :) :)

NO photo available..

This day will be remembered in my heart, however.
Today consisted of a ten hour drive from Hilton Head, South Carolina to Arlington, Virginia and great conversation with two really, really great ladies. :)

Some more of today...

Today was just such a good day, I had to post a few more photos with this collage (which took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to put together...).

Easter.

Christ Is Risen.
I am thankful.

Here's where the morning was spent worshiping.

Also included was fellowship over a delicious breakfast.

And more beaching and bike riding.

And some shadow dancing, of course.

The Third Day. A Good day.
